U-Series Fan-Heater Units

Applications
The U-Series Fans offer a full range or air flow rates and heater capacities for all types of bin drying systems including combination drying. In addition, U-Series Fans complement the new high-speed in-bin systems by providing supplemental heat and air to completely dry the grain.

Starfire Burner
The unique Starfire Burner features perfectly balanced steel vanes welded to a cast-iron burner for evenly-spread flames and maximum fuel efficiency. It features a heavy cast venturi and burner cup which combine with diverging vanes for uniform heating of the drying air to permit the rapid removal of excess grain moisture.

U-Series Fan-Heater Unit Accessories
Powr-Pak Relay - For control of two or three heaters on one bin by one humidistat or thermostat.
Batch Timer - Control operating time for heater (drying) and time for fan only (cooling).
Modulating Valve - Provides modulated field flow to maintain desired drying air temperature; for field installation in fuel line.
Weather Cover - Solid steel protective cover for use on fan, fan-heater unit or heater.
