GENTL-FLOW Drag Conveyor
Honeyville's GENTL-FLOW Drag Conveyors come in three sizes with capacities to 15,000 BPH. All conveyors feature:
- All galvanized construction bolt on bottom and covers
- Totally dust and weather tight construction
- Heavy-duty 81XH steel chain with welded steel attachments
- UHMW flights bolted to chain attachments
- All chain and flighting assemblies are supplied in 5' or 10' lengths with cottered connecting links
- Four UHMW return rollers per 10', located under returning chain provide no steel on steel contact (which means less wear and quiet operation).
- Large diameter all steel bushed sprockets for smooth running.
- Standard inlet with UHMW lined V splitter to protect the chain from wear when loading conveyor.
- Designed to deliver a broad variety of free flowing material without tumbling.
- Heavy-duty head and boot bearings mounted to meet OSHA requirements.

Honeyville's 45° Incline Drag Conveyors offer 10 different bushel per hour capacities to meet a variety of needs. Our product features:
- All galvanized bolted construction
- Heavy-duty steel chain with welded steel attachments - bolt on UHMW paddles
- 4' x 9'6" drive-over pit hopper
- Elevator boot above grade
- Shallow pit hopper
- More Bushels per hour, less horse power
